We understand that travel plans may change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellation made more than 7 days before the tour date → Full refund (after transaction charges).

  • Cancellation made 3–6 days before the tour date → 50% refund.

  • Cancellation made within 48 hours of the tour date → No refund.

2. Cancellations by Munnar Valley Trekking

In case we cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or unforeseen events:

  • You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used via Razorpay.

4. No-Show Policy

If the participant does not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
